Shipping Policy

• Items are shipped Monday through Wednesday only.

• Packages are shipped throughout the continental United States only.

• The shipping rates for many items that we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound.

• We use UPS as our shipping carrier.

• If shipping to a residence, please verify that your recipient will be available to receive the package. The driver is automatically instructed to leave the package at the doorstep.

• All of our items are vacuum-sealed and frozen. They are shipped in a reusable insulated cooler packed with gel ice packs.

• A small amount of thawing may occur.
